        Linn Community Care (LCC) is a primary health care center. Our office is primarily focused on family practice, as well as women’s OB/GYN care.We staff the clinic with highly qualified Physicians and nurse practitioners. Some of the doctors who serve our patients are faculty and residents from the Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation Residency Program (CRMEF).
        LCC provides care to all life stages, including babies, children, teenagers, adults and the elderly adult.We offer pregnancy care, immunizations, nursing home care, well child and adult care and illness care.We also do some home visits and have outreach clinics for certain types of care.When you become a patient of LCC, you will be assigned a Clinician to be your primary caregiver.We will always make every effort to schedule your appointments with that person. If they are unavailable we will schedule you with one of our other Clinicians.
